Well, I must admit that it has been a few weeks since my last post. Stone Crab season is very much in full swing as of October 15th.

I was just down in the Keys talking to some Stone Crab fishermen and they all indicate that this season should be a very good one. These fishermen also catch Florida Lobster  (a.k.a. Caribbean Spiny Lobster) and say that catches are somewhat lower than anticipated. That means more of them will be imported from the Caribbean and Mexico to make up for the shortfall.

Since my last post I have been speaking to a friend of mine who operates a web design firm. Because I would like to convey a better design for Floribbean Fare he will be re-designing the website completely. Rise Creative Group is truly a fantastic company designing and implementing websites with a host of new technologies and creative flair. Am I being bias because he’s a  buddy of mine, possibly! But one thing is for certain, you cannot go wrong with Stephan’s company. Give him a shout if you’re thinking of having a new site being built or revamping an old one.
